Nirantarta Foundation is a nonprofit founded in 2023 and registered as a Section 8 company. It works on sustainability, livelihoods and community rights through research, advocacy and work led by communities, with a focus on marginalised populations.
About the foundationNirantarta Foundation’s registered office is in Bairagarh, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Its mission covers communities across India. Its documented 2024 seed-ball campaign reached ten villages in Jawa block of Rewa district, Madhya Pradesh.
Office and contact detailsThe foundation focuses on seven connected causes: sustainable agriculture, women’s empowerment, environmental awareness, skill development, nutrition and healthcare, women’s and children’s rights, and civil society institutions.
Explore all seven causesIn 2024, Nirantarta Foundation worked across ten villages in Jawa block, Rewa district, to make and sow seed balls using local seeds, black soil and organic manure. They were placed near water reservoirs and forest edges. The ten-village figure describes the campaign’s reach; it does not measure how many trees survived.
